You can easily book your bike through our website. Select the type of bike you want, choose the date and place of delivery, and complete the online payment. You will receive an email confirmation with all the details of your booking.

You can make your booking at any time, even before your arrival in Gran Canaria. We recommend making your reservation at least 48 hours in advance to ensure availability of your desired bike.

We deliver bikes to any location you choose in Gran Canaria, be it your hotel, flat, or any other point of interest. Just make sure you provide a precise address when you make your booking.

We offer a variety of bikes, including mountain bikes, road bikes, and city bikes. You can see all the options available in the booking section of our website.

Payment is made online through our booking platform. We accept credit and debit cards. The entire transaction is secure and encrypted to protect your data.

You can cancel your booking up to 7 days in advance for a full refund. If you cancel less than 7 days before the delivery date, we will apply a cancellation fee.

If you experience any problems with your bike during your rental, please contact our support team immediately. We offer technical assistance and, if necessary, we can replace the bike.

Collection is arranged to be convenient for you. At the end of your rental, we will contact you to confirm the pick-up time and place.

We do not require a security deposit for the rental of our bikes. However, it is important to treat the equipment with care and follow our usage policies.

Please follow the usage instructions provided with the bike. Make sure you return it in the same condition in which you received it. If there is any damage, an additional charge may apply.

Yes, we offer a variety of accessories and helmets that you can add to your rental. You can select these extras when booking online.

Yes, you can modify your booking by contacting us directly via email or phone number. Be sure to make any changes at least 24 hours before the delivery date to avoid additional charges.

If you are late for delivery, please let us know as far in advance as possible. We will try to accommodate your new arrival time, but there may be an additional charge for significant delays.

We do not offer additional insurance for bicycles. We recommend that you check your travel insurance to see if it covers bike hire or any possible damage.

If you forget to return the bike at the agreed time, we charge a fee for each additional hour. If the delay is significant, it may involve a charge for an additional day's rental.
